Our Relationships
with God & Man

Mitch Davis, evangelist of the Franklin Church, presented a Special Series of Lessons in June & July 2011.  The greatest commandment is to love God with all our heart, soul, and mind.  And the second is like it, to love your neighbor as yourself.  In other words, the whole of our life is based upon our relationships with God and man.  Fundamentally, nothing matters if we do not have a relationship with God through our Savior Jesus Christ.  Only through Christ do our lives - and the relationships we have through them - have any purpose and value.  Without Christ, all endeavors and all relationships are in fact vain when looking at things from eternity.  Those who come to genuinely have a relationship with God through Jesus Christ eventually have a transformed mind in how we (humbly) look at ourselves which affects how we relate to others: those in the world lost in their sins and "saved sinners" who've been added to the kingdom of our Lord.  Mitch presented the following lessons to help us understand the nature and importance of these Christian relationships:

Our Relationship with God (06/26/11)

Our Relationship with the World (07/03/11)

Relationships with our Brethren (07/10/11)

Face to Face with God (07/17/11)
