Introduction:
A.
It is easy to lose focus on what the “work of the
church” entails.
1.
We understand – biblically – that the Lord’s church
is to see the lost and edify the saved.
2.
Too often, however, much of our time and energy is spent on
“the saved”, and for many, “worship services.”
3.
While the latter is not to be minimized the former must be
maximized.
Let’s refocus our energy on getting more
involved in the work of the church, which is well pleasing to
our God.
