1. Five-Year Goals Revisited: Ron Adams
    
   1. Increase membership by 5%.
   2. Reinstate and increase support for foreign evangelists.
   3. Start an annual VBS in 2005.
   4. Have teachers planned at least a year in advance and possibly implement a new Bible class curriculum.
   5. Set aside monies for capital improvement to the building.
   6. Implement call-in radio program by year 3.
   7. Appoint additional Elders and Deacons as required.
   8. Conduct monthly workshops for new or weak members.
   9. Expand outreach programs; i.e. visits to nursing homes, shut-in and assisted living.
   10. Improve our singing with development of more song leaders.
   11. Develop training classes for members that are not comfortable with serving in the assemblies.
   12. Refine visitation program involving more members.
   13. Improve our contributions by 10% per year.
   14. Develop and equip members for spiritual strength and leadership.
   15. Plan and implement annual lecture series on specific topics designed to increase our spiritual strength.

   The following classes will be offered on both Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings during the 1st quarter of 2005.
    
   1. Creation to Moses—Auditorium—Don Adair
   2. Discovering Church Membership—Room 12—Phil Barnes
   3. The Diligent Disciple—Room 11—Edwin Crozier
   4. Women of The Bible—(Ladies Class) Room 10—Sue Claytor
