To Our Guests
We want
to offer a special word of appreciation to our guests today. There
were numerous things you could have done and numerous places you
could have gone today, but you chose to worship God with
us—Thank you.
While our most important goal is to
worship God in spirit and truth, as Jesus directed in John
4:24, we also want you to feel welcome and honored. We
want you to feel like you are at home.
Making you feel a part of our family is
one of our most important priorities. However, we realize at times
we can easily get caught in a rut of doing what is familiar to us.
We can easily get caught up in visiting among ourselves or
addressing personal matters. When that happens, we leave you
hanging. We do not want that.
Therefore we ask you to help us. We
want to devote the time before our worship service and at least
the first five minutes following our worship service to you. We
know you have places to go today and we will not force you to hang
around with us in endless conversation. But we do want to let you
know face-to-face how much we appreciate you and how much we
enjoyed your attendance.
That being the case, would you please
let us know how we are doing? Please fill out the brief survey
provided on the opposite side of this page. (5=best; 1=worst).
Upon
your arrival, were you quickly greeted and made to feel welcome by
several members?

Thank you for participating. Please give this to any of our
members today and they will give it to our minister or one of our
elders.
